We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.
- Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products or supplements
- Used personal care products
- Downloadable software
- How to Return
- 1. Contact us at returns@premiumgoods.com with your order number and reason for return
- 2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours
- 3. Package the item securely and attach the shipping label
- 4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer direct exchanges for defective or damaged items. For other exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at returns@premiumgoods.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
