Shipping Options We ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Shipping options available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99, or FREE on orders over $49
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (next business day): $24.99
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $49 before tax. Discount coupons applied may affect eligibility for free shipping.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
International Shipping For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages PremiumGoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at shipping@premiumgoods.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain states or countries due to local regulations. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
